Small Business Saturday is Nov. 30: Where to shop near Holland

Must read

HOLLAND — Small Business Saturday is Saturday, Nov. 30.

It comes after Black Friday and before Cyber Monday — days primarily set aside for big box stores and online retailers.

Small Business Saturday was founded by American Express in 2010 to drive consumer spending at local businesses, according to its website. This year, shopping small is more important that ever, as business owners sound the alarm about dwindling sales and inflated costs.

Where should you shop on Small Business Saturday?

We’ve compiled a nonexhaustive list of some of our favorite places to shop.
