Bryson DeChambeau is all set to tee it up at the LIV Golf DC event, scheduled to take place over the weekend from May 26-28, 2023. Bryson will be competing at the Trump National Golf Club, Potomac Falls, Virginia along with legends like Brooks Koepka, Phil Mickelson, and others all vying to get their hands on the $25 million prize money.
Ahead of the tournament LIV golfers Bryson DeChambeau and Anirban Lahiri, were seen cooling off the stress by engaging in a fun little challenge. In an Instagram video posted by the official account of Crushers LIV Golf (crushers_gc), golf bros DeChambeau and Lahiri were seen engaging in an interesting competition with each other.

In the video, DeChambeau was challenged by Lahiri to see who could make a shot closest to the pin, which he accepted with gusto. Anirban whispered before making his shot – “He is gonna give me a bad number.” And after both players made their shots, Lahiri sensed his victory as he measured the difference from far away. Walking towards the pin he said. “I think I got him. I am pin high you know”. And got him he did, as his ball was closest to the pin.
When DeChambeau was asked, “How does it feel to lose to Ban?” He was cool about it and confidently answered, “It’s okay I made the cut last week.” Bryson’s remark was directed towards the recent PGA Championship where he was paired with old rival, Brooks Koepka. Although Bryson couldn’t make it to the final round, Koepka went on to win the Wanamaker Trophy.
