The Greenville News building has been sold and will soon have a new company name on display.

32EBroadStreet LLC purchased the building from CAP Camperdown Greenville News LLC for $10.7 million on June 28, according to the Greenville County Register of Deeds. The Furman Co. Investment Advisory Services will manage the building’s new ownership entity.

Find Great People announced plans to relocate its headquarters to the 35,000-square-foot building at 32 East Broad St. on July 9. The Greenville-based recruiting and HR consulting company will become the building’s new primary tenant and occupy the first, second and third floors.

Laura Fischman, marketing and operations manager at FGP, said the company is expected to be moved in by the summer of 2025.

According to the press release, Find Great People’s relocation to Greenville’s central business district is designed to facilitate growth. John Uprichard, CEO of FGP, said they are grateful for the opportunity to move into the building and excited to be in the heart of the city.

This move will provide an enhanced experience for our clients and employees, as well as future opportunities to positively impact our community,” Uprichard said.

The Greenville News will continue to occupy a portion of the office space through the summer of 2025. Larkin’s Restaurant also occupies a portion of the building. Fischman said the tenant for the fourth floor has yet to be determined.
