The Worldwide Quarterly Personal Computing Device Tracker by IDC highlighted that 42.82 lakh PC units were shipped in India in the March 2022 quarter.

With reports from PTI, Arnold Su, vice president of consumer and gaming PCs at Asus India, said, “PC penetration per household in India is around 10 to 11 percent. This means that around 90 percent of Indian homes still do not have a PC, which means it’s a great opportunity for us.”

Peter Chang, Asus general manager for Asia Pacific System Business Unit explained that post COVID pandemic, the company has not seen very positive signals in PC demand both globally and in India.
